Thank you for visiting the website of St. Croix Chiropractors Dr. Robert Monokian and Jake Monokian. In practice as well as online, we strive for excellence through quality patient care, education and satisfaction.
As many of our patients know, we really enjoy our practice. Our staff works to ensure our patients are scheduled according to the patients' need, help patients through the maze of insurance coverages and so much more.
Dr. Robert Monokian has been in practice since 1978. During this time he has been constantly searching for ways to better diagnose, reduce pain, stabilize conditions, find underlying weaknesses and educate patients more efficiently and in a time and cost effective manner. Dr. Jake Monokian, a 2014 graduate of Logan College of Chiropractic, brings a wealth of knowledge from his recent participation with the current academic and clinical experiences.
This web site is designed to assist in the education process. The more you know about yourself, the greater role you can take in regaining and maintaining your health, your most precious commodity. By doing so, you will feel better, reduce sick time, function better and save money.
Doctor means educator. Unfortunately, doctors do not have adequate time to provide the education on a one on one basis. Given the meager amount of education the public has on health care, there is a lot that needs to be taught.
There are three areas of your being you should be concerned with and want to learn more about.
- The Physical aspect that involves muscles, ligaments, joints, bones, etc.
- The Biochemical or Nutritional, foods to eat and the ones to avoid and food supplements
- The Mental aspect and spiritual realm (for those that believe).
Since health care is a science, art and philosophy, it is different for all doctors. This site will give you my insight into these three areas of health.
Yours in health,
Dr. Robert Monokian, D.C.

“Unless we put medical freedom into the constitution, the time will come when medicine will organize itself into an undercover dictatorship. To restrict the art of healing to one class of men and to deny equal privileges to others will constitute the Bastille of medical science. All such laws are un-American and despotic.”
